Massoui's Trial

I for one am glad he didn't get the death penalty. While there are obvious psychiatric issues going on with this man, that does not excuse his attempt to murder 3,000 civilians. I don't care if God told him to do it.

Dead, he'd be little more than a martyr and a rallying point. As it is, he will waste away in a US prison. I do not know if kidnappings and abductions of Americans will happen as a result, but the truth is there already happening and this would just be the latest excuse. May he no longer be a threat to others.

Sorry for the lack of updates. It seemed for a while I was merely parroting other and I'd rather take the time to express my own opinions where possible.

Quite a lot has happened politically, but as it is generally just follow ups on topics already discussed I have not felt the need to add to this blog. I promise more updates in the future, although I'll leave that at an unspecified time for now.
